10. Cancellation Policy

Once tracking information has been generated, orders cannot be canceled. Typically, tracking details are available within one (1) hour of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order before tracking is generated, please contact TRINITY Support by submitting a Support Ticket as soon as possible.

11. Device and Accessory Return Policy

This policy does not apply to consumable products.

TRINITY will only accept returns and issue refunds for purchases made directly through our website. Purchases made from authorized retailers must be returned and refunded at the location where they were bought.

You have the right to cancel your purchase of any unused item bought through the website within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To initiate a return, you must contact TRINITY by submitting a support ticket. If the return is successful, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. However, we will not cover additional delivery costs if you choose a more expensive shipping method than the standard option.

If you choose to return a product, it must be sent back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Refunds will not be processed until we receive the returned item. Items not returned within this period will not be refunded.

For sanitary reasons, only new and unused devices are eligible for return. If the tamper-proof seal is broken, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
