TRINITY 1-YEAR WARRANTY

WARRANTY DURATION

The TRINITY comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original buyer. For California customers who purchase from www.mytrinitypods.com, the warranty begins on the date of delivery.

COVERAGE

TRINITY warrants the TRINITY device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 years from the retail purchase date (or delivery date for California customers). This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to purchases made through unauthorized resellers such as eBay or Craigslist. Warranty claims will not be honored for products obtained from unauthorized sellers.

WHAT TRINITY WILL DO

If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, TRINITY may, at its discretion:

  1. Repair the defect.
  2. Replace the device with a new product

Note: The replacement product's color is subject to availability and is at TRINITY discretion.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover:

  • Non-TRINITY products or any TRINITY products other than the TRINITY device.
  • Accessories or attachments.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or exposure to moisture.
  • Damage from operating the device outside its intended use or from concentrates/waxes.
  • Modifications that alter functionality.
  • Damage due to unauthorized accessories.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.).
  • Devices with tampered or obscured serial numbers.
  • Normal battery performance degradation and neglecting cleaning instructions.
  • Opening or tampering with the device voids the warranty.
HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

To claim warranty service, the original purchaser must:

  1. Review the TRINITY 1-Year Limited Warranty to confirm coverage.
  2. Retain proof of purchase, which may be requested before service is provided.
  3. Register the purchase date and device serial number for warranty tracking.If the purchase date is not registered, warranty start/end dates will be based on the device's manufacture date using its serial number. Contact TRINITY Support to arrange service by submitting a support request with detailed information about the issue.

Important Notes:

  • TRINITY Support may ask for additional information, including pictures or videos, and attempt troubleshooting before approving warranty service.
  • Devices must be returned to TRINITY before receiving a replacement. You may need to cover shipping and handling costs. It's advisable to send returns with tracking or delivery confirmation, as TRINITY is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs for devices not covered by this warranty, and pre-payment for shipping may be required.
  • Warranty service is only honored for original purchasers of legal age.
RETURN POLICY

Refunds are available for new, unused devices purchased on www.mytrinitypods.com provided they are returned directly to TRINITY within ten (10) days of receipt. If the tamper-proof seal is broken, a refund cannot be processed. Devices purchased through authorized retailers must be returned to those retailers, following their refund policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TRINITY is not liable for monetary damages or losses from device defects, including loss of use or inconvenience. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province. TRINITY is not responsible for warranties provided by retailers and does not authorize anyone else to make additional obligations on its behalf.

COUNTERFEITING

TRINITY is committed to combating unauthorized and counterfeit devices. We advise consumers to be cautious when purchasing from unauthorized resellers. Devices purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for warranty service. TRINITY cannot reimburse purchases made for counterfeit goods or assist in resolving disputes regarding them.
